Delete your Ezbere account

You can delete your Ezbere account and all of its data at any time.

In the app

  1. Open Ezbere and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy and data.
  3. Tap “Request Account Deletion” and confirm.

The account and all its data are deleted permanently 14 days after the request. Until then you can cancel by signing in again. Server backups that still contain the data are deleted within a further 14 days.

Without the app

Write to support@ezbere.com from the email address of your account and ask for deletion. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, recordings, transcripts, notes, memories, tasks, reminders, people and usage records on Ezbere’s servers. Data you keep only on your phone or in your own Google Drive is under your control; uninstalling the app or removing the Ezbere backup from Drive deletes it.

Delete only some data

In Privacy and data you can also delete all records without closing the account, or delete single recordings, transcripts and memories.
